Now you will need to go to the cPanel for uploading this file to your File Manager. Here is File Manager option:

Here your domain name will need to navigate to the web-root directory. When you work with your main domain name, the web- root folder is calling public_html. When you work with an add-on domain name, it should be called public_html. Working with main domain name means public_html is perfect for this case

In this case, public_html is also the right place with the main domain name.

Your domain needs verify at Google Webmaster Tools

Now back to Webmaster Tools verification page. It will need to confirm that the HTML file uploaded by following the URL link. Finish the process by selecting the verify button.
